This chicken dish is for those who loves to eat chicken gizzards. But to those who are not a fan of chicken gizzards dishes, I think you will love this too. The dish is like a combination of bistek and afritada because it has tomato sauce, green peas, soy sauce and onion rings. If you are a bit worried that the gizzards might be tough and hard when cooked, the recipe has a procedure of marinating it in line soda like 7-Up or Sprite softdrinks which helps to tenderize the gizzards. And boiling it for almost and hour, I’m sure it will be tender before you finished cooking.
