- 1 kilo chicken (your choice of parts) cut into serving pieces

- 2 tsp. salt

- 1 pc onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 2 pcs potatoes pared and divided into 6
- 2 pcs red and green pepper cut into slice
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 pc small bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- MSG to taste
