This is an easy to cook sinigang dish using shrimps and vegetables. And you only need to buy a sachet of sinigang sa sampalok mix powder and no need to look for sampalok fruit (tamarind) to make this tasty and appetizing seafood dish! But if you want to go natural, you can take and extra step of boiling the tamarind fruit until tender, then mash the fruit with the liquid then strain it to extract the puree. Now you can use it instead of the instant sinigang mix.
