Make your lunch or dinner a little spiced up by serving pan fried chicken steaks drizzled with creamy tomato sauce. Ingredients are very simple and easy to find and easy on the budget too. Since chicken meat is the cheapest kind of meat available in the market, this dish can be served in any occasions.

To cook pan fried chicken in creamy tomato sauce; Rub chicken with granulated seasonings, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Set aside. Pan-fry marinated chicken fillets in melted butter until slightly brown. Transfer into a platter and cover to keep warm. In the same pan, saute onions, and tomatoes for 30 seconds. Season with chicken broth cubes, salt, rice wine and sugar. Remove from heat and let cool. When sauce has cooled, pour into blender and puree until smooth. Return sauce to pan and add all-purpose cream. Simmer without boiling for 2 minutes. Serve sauce drizzled over the chicken.
