Pork Liver and Beans
Transform your ordinary pork and beans into a creative dish called pork liver and beans with cubes pork liver and frankfurters. Great as viand accompanied with steamed rice, pandesal for your breakfast or dinner rolls for your dinner. Cooking this dish only requires some basic ingredients like canned pork and beans, pork liver and frankfurters and of course onion, garlic, salt and peppers for added aroma and flavor.
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 kilo pork liver, sliced into cubes
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup sliced frankfurters
Salt and pepper
390 gram can pork and beans
How to cook Pork Liver and Beans:
- In a skillet heat oil and saute onion and garlic.
- Add pork liver and stir cook for about 2 minutes in medium heat or until liver is fully cooked.
- Add soy sauce and frankfurters, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in pork and beans, simmer about 1 minute or until bubbly. Serve with sliced bread or rice.
