Ingredients
- 1 pc small yellow fin tuna
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut vinegar or any white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 pcs thumbs sized turmeric or luyang dilaw crushed
- 2 pcs thumbs sized ginger sliced into strips
- 1 piece red onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper powder
- 2 pcs green chilies or finger chilies

How to Cook Ginataang Yellow Fin Tuna
- In a stainless steel pot or ceramic pot, combine tuna, garlic, onion, turmeric, ginger, siling haba, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt and sugar.
- Turn on heat and cook for 15 minutes without stirring. Then pour the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- Cook until the sauce is reduced and slightly thick. Turn off heat and let it cool slightly before serving so the sauce is thick when served.
