Spaghetti with Crab Fat
Tired of the same old spaghetti you cook most of the time but you don’t want to cook a complicated spaghetti dish? I think this recipe is the answer. This recipe is so simple that you only have to saute the garlic and crab fat than add the spaghetti sauce then simmer for a few minutes.
250 gram spaghetti, cooked as package instructions
10 cloves garlic, crushed
5 to 6 Tbsp. crab fat or aligue
250 gram pouch of Italian style spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
How to cook Spaghetti with Crab Fat:
- Fry half of the garlic until golden brown in 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Set aside.
- Saute remaining garlic in the oil where you fried the first half of the garlic, add the crab fat and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the spaghetti sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Add some water while cooking if the sauce is too thick.
- Pour over or mix with cooked spaghetti. Garnish with fried garlic and grated cheese.
