Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 kilo chicken breast fillet cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup cooked macaroni shells
  • 8 grams sachet of Maggi Magic Sarap
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 250 ml All-Purpose Cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 250 ml fresh milk
  • Grated quick-melting cheese

    Instructions

    How to cook Baked Chicken and Broccoli Pasta:

    • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan and saute garlic and onion until onions are tender.
    • Add the chicken and stir cook until it changes in color and turned white.
    • Stir in macaroni and broccoli and season with Magic Sarap, salt and pepper.
    • Pour in all-purpose cream and stir cook for 2 more minutes and set aside.
    • In another saucepan, heat another tablespoon butter and add flour and cook until crumbly and brown in color.
    • Slowly pour in fresh milk and stir continuously until smooth.
    • Transfer chicken and broccoli mixture into a baking dish.
    • Drizzle generously with prepared white sauce and top with grated cheese.
    • Bake on a 350 °F, pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.Serve hot.
