Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan and saute garlic and onion until onions are tender.
Add the chicken and stir cook until it changes in color and turned white.
Stir in macaroni and broccoli and season with Magic Sarap, salt and pepper.
Pour in all-purpose cream and stir cook for 2 more minutes and set aside.
In another saucepan, heat another tablespoon butter and add flour and cook until crumbly and brown in color.
Slowly pour in fresh milk and stir continuously until smooth.
Transfer chicken and broccoli mixture into a baking dish.
Drizzle generously with prepared white sauce and top with grated cheese.
Bake on a 350 °F, pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.Serve hot.
