Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 kilo pork liver sliced into cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 cup sliced frankfurters
  • Salt and pepper
  • 390 grams can pork and beans

Instructions

How to cook Pork Liver and Beans:

  • In a skillet heat oil and saute onion and garlic.
  • Add pork liver and stir cook for about 2 minutes in medium heat or until liver is fully cooked.
  • Add soy sauce and frankfurters, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in pork and beans, simmer about 1 minute or until bubbly. Serve with sliced bread or rice.
