How to Cook Pork Liver and Beans
Transform your ordinary pork and beans into a creative dish called pork liver and beans with cubes pork liver and frankfurters.

- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 kilo pork liver sliced into cubes
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup sliced frankfurters
- Salt and pepper
- 390 grams can pork and beans
How to cook Pork Liver and Beans:
In a skillet heat oil and saute onion and garlic.
Add pork liver and stir cook for about 2 minutes in medium heat or until liver is fully cooked.
Add soy sauce and frankfurters, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in pork and beans, simmer about 1 minute or until bubbly. Serve with sliced bread or rice.
