For the dressing:

Instructions
How to make Winged Bean Salad:
Slice sigarilyas crosswise into stars. Blanch and drain thoroughly.
In a serving bowl, arrange the sliced winged beans, watercress, and shrimps.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Sprinkle red chili pepper.
