  • 150 gms squid
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 pcs calamansi

Ingredients for Castellana Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • vinegar
  • 2 pcs calamansi squeezed


    How to cook Calamares (Squid)

    • Clean squid very well. Marinate squid with calamansi and season with salt and pepper.
    • Grill squid for a few minutes, then pour Castellana sauce.

    How to make Castellana Sauce:

    • Heat olive oil. Toast chopped garlic. Drain and set aside toasted garlic.
    • Mix all ingredients with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
