  • 2 segments beef ribs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • barbecue sauce see ingredients below
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • cooking oil for frying

For the barbecue sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar or white distilled
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. all spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper


    How to cook Crispy Beef Ribs:

    • Sprinkle salt and pepper on beef ribs.
    • To make the barbecue sauce, just combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended.
    • Brush barbecue sauce generously all over the ribs.
    • Roast or bake in a 375 °F oven for 45 minutes, basting regularly with sauce until ribs are tender and well done.
    • Fry garlic until golden brown and top beef ribs with crispy toasted garlic.
