Ingredients

  • 1 kilo chicken (legs, thigh or wings)
  • 200 grams canned mushrooms
  • 250 ml all purpose cream
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chicken powder
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsely
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Knorr Seasoning
  • cooking oil for searing and sauteing

Instructions

How to Cook Creamy Chicken Mushroom

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper and Knorr seasoning then set aside.
  • Heat 3 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a deep pan or wok then sear the chicken on all sides until brown.
  • When done, remove from the pan and transfer to a plate or bowl then set aside.
  • In the same pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir for a minute.
  • Add the chicken and pour water. Season with black pepper and chicken powder. Cover and simmer for 18 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  • Uncover and add all-purpose cream and grated cheese. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Cook for another minute then garnish with dried or fresh parsley. Turn off heat and serve hot!
