- 1 kilo chicken (legs, thigh or wings)
- 200 grams canned mushrooms
- 250 ml all purpose cream
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 pc onion
- 1 1/2 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. chicken powder
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsely
- 1/2 Tbsp. Knorr Seasoning
- cooking oil for searing and sauteing
How to Cook Creamy Chicken Mushroom
Season the chicken with salt, pepper and Knorr seasoning then set aside.
Heat 3 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a deep pan or wok then sear the chicken on all sides until brown.
When done, remove from the pan and transfer to a plate or bowl then set aside.
In the same pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir for a minute.
Add the chicken and pour water. Season with black pepper and chicken powder. Cover and simmer for 18 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Uncover and add all-purpose cream and grated cheese. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Cook for another minute then garnish with dried or fresh parsley. Turn off heat and serve hot!
