Cooking Tips of Ginisang Repolyo with Shrimps:

1. Enhance the Flavor
To enhance the flavor of your Ginisang Repolyo, try adding a splash of fish sauce or soy sauce during cooking. These ingredients add depth and savory notes to the dish. You can also add a sprinkle of sugar to balance the flavors and enhance the natural sweetness of the cabbage.
2. Perfect the Texture
For the perfect texture, make sure not to overcook the cabbage. It should be tender yet still slightly crisp. Overcooking can result in a mushy texture. Also, be sure to cut the cabbage into uniform strips for even cooking.
3. Customize to Your Taste
Feel free to customize your Ginisang Repolyo recipe to suit your taste preferences. You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or green beans for added color and flavor. You can also adjust the seasoning by adding more or less oyster sauce, salt, and pepper according to your liking.
