Marinate the shrimps, lapu-lapu fillet and scallop in calamansi juice, salt and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then steam the seafood for about 8 minutes. Arrange and make a bedding of lettuce in a platter.
Put the steamed seafood on the center and decorate with wedges of boiled eggs, sliced tomatoes and parsley.
Put thousand island dressing on the seafood and serve.
