1/2kilo shrimpsshelled and cooked (or frozen peeled shrimps)
1small can pineapple tidbitsdrained
1small sweet peppercooked and cut into strips
1/4cupfresh olives
2medium size tomatoescut into wedges
1carrotpared and coarsely grated
For the dressing:
3Tbsp.chili sauce
1cupmayonnaise
1/8tsp.pepper
1tsp.Worcestershire sauce

How to make Pineapple Shrimp Salad:
Arrange lettuce leaves in a salad bowl. Put shrimps, pineapple, pepper, carrots, olives and tomatoes together to form a mound of the mixture on top of shredded lettuce leaves.
To make the dressing, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in another bowl.
