  • 1 pc whole egg
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup cooking oil for frying
Ingredients for the sauce:
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ⅛ tsp. black pepper, ground
