How to Cook Ground Meat Roll

Ingredients
1st layer ingredients: (Combine the following and mix)
  • ½ kilo ground pork
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 tsp. vetsin
  • ½ tsp. ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2nd layer ingredients: (Combine the following and mix)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 carrot, cooked, small cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. pickled relish
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. MSG
  • 2 Tbsp. water

  1. Line a rectangular pan (6" x 14") with foil or wax paper. Spread the meat mixture (1st layer ingredients). Press and flatten evenly.
  2. Spread second mixture on top of 1st mixture. Press tightly.
  3. Then as in a jelly roll, roll up tightly and wrap in foil. Chill in a refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven, with 350 °F heat for 45 minutes or, steam-bake for 1 hour. You may serve whole or sliced thickly.
  5. Make gravy out of the drippings. Thicken with 1 Tbsp dissolved cornstarch or flour.
