How to Cook Pork Adobado

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo pork belly (liempo), sliced into serving pieces
  • ¼ kilo pork liver, cut into cubes
  • 2 pcs potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 pcs carrots, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup garbanzos
  • ¼ cup pickle relish
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 whole head garlic, crushed
  • 2 pcs red onions, chopped
  • 1½ Tbsp. white sugar
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup water

How to cook pork adobado:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and mix well. Marinate for an hour.
  2. Heat the pot and bring the mixture into a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the pork is tender and the liquid thickens.
  4. Serve hot.
