How to Cook Pimiento Loaf

  • 1 kilo ground pork (double grind)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered milk
  • ½ cup red and green bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 3 to 4 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. MSG

How to cook Pimiento Loaf:
  1. Mix all ingredients. Brush bread pan with oil and pack in mixed ingredients.
  2. Cover with foil and steam-bake for 1 hour.
  3. You may also wrap mixture in caul fat and roll it up like an 'embotido'.
  4. Cool before slicing. Serve with catsup.
