  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½ Tbsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ kilo pork liver, sliced into cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 cup sliced frankfurters
  • Salt and pepper
  • 390 gram can pork and beans

How to cook Pork Liver and Beans:
  1. In a skillet heat oil and saute onion and garlic.
  2. Add pork liver and stir cook for about 2 minutes in medium heat or until liver is fully cooked.
  3. Add soy sauce and frankfurters, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in pork and beans, simmer about 1 minute or until bubbly. Serve with sliced bread or rice.
