  • 200gms fresh mussels
  • 10gms fresh butter
  • 20gms finely chopped onion
  • 5gms finely chopped parsley
  • 20 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper

How to cook Fresh Mussels with Cream and Parsley
  1. Lightly saute onion and mussel in fresh butter.
  2. Add white wine, chopped parsley and fresh cream.
  3. Cook for at least 2 minutes or as soon as the mussel shell is open.
  4. Add salt and pepper if needed.
